It allows us to offer more flexible scheduling which can be great for shift workers like first responders, nurses, busy parents, or other employed individuals. Telepsychology also reduces barriers to accessing services (parking, fuel, taking more time out of a day etc.) and allows for greater confidentiality. Research has found that telepsychology is equally effective compared to in-person services!
