Meeting from a vehicle or while traveling? Be sure you're in your therapist’s jurisdiction, parked, in a private spot, with a strong connection. Watch for data charges, and use secure devices—especially if you're not on your home internet.
Meet your provider from the comfort of your own space. Minimize distractions—consider childcare, privacy from others, or relocating pets if needed. Pets can be a great comfort in therapy and are welcome if not disruptive!
