Hi, I'm Melissa, a Registered Clinical Social Worker and Certified EMDR Therapist with a Masters of Social Work and a specialization in trauma informed care. I am licensed in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Ontario, and I offer in-person and virtual sessions from my office in Alberta. 

I work with adults and adolescents, including first responders - who might be dealing with anxiety, trauma or the kind of stress that just doesn't go away on its own. My work is trauma-informed and focused on helping you actually process what's underneath not just manage symptoms. Many of the people I work with are used to holding it together on the outside while things feel heavier underneath,  whether it's operational stress, cumulative trauma or experiences that won't fully settle, we focus on helping you process what's actually driving it, not just manage symptoms.
