Hello, I'm Jenna Ibach, a Registered Clinical Social Worker. I hold a Masters of Clinical Social Work with a Trauma Informed Care Lens (MSW). I am licensed in several provinces across Canada - Northwest Territories, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario and British Columbia - to provide access to those living rurally and remote. I am also able to provide services to those located in Yukon.

I offer virtual and in-person sessions in my secure and private office. 

I work with both individuals and couples, supporting them through life’s challenges and helping them build healthier patterns and connections. My focus includes working with trauma, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and depression, always tailoring therapy to meet the unique needs of each client.

I also have experience supporting first responders, who often face high levels of stress, exposure to trauma, and the challenges of balancing demanding careers with personal well-being. In addition, I understand the unique realities of rural life—where resources may feel limited and community pressures can add to stress. Whether you are navigating personal struggles, relationship concerns, or the impact of work and environment, I provide a safe, supportive space to work toward healing and growth.
