Jobi Lucas, BA, MACP, R. Psych

Jobi is a Registered Psychologist in Alberta and has been practicing since 2018, bringing over a decade of experience in mental health and the justice system. She believes in the power of connection, even in virtual spaces. Using trauma-informed care, unconditional positive regard, and light, appropriate humor, she helps clients feel at ease, build rapport, and show up as their authentic selves in a safe and supportive environment.

Her professional background includes work with Victim Services, Correctional Facilities, community-based offender programs, psychiatric hospitals, emergency room mental health support, and adult community therapy. She has also taught Psychology and Addiction courses at the collegiate and graduate levels.

Jobi is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. She provides comprehensive psychological assessments for PTSD, anxiety, panic, depression, sleep or mood disturbances, personality concerns, ADHD, and also completes VAC assessments.

She offers virtual assessments to clients across Alberta, Nunavut, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick, providing flexible and accessible care.
